What others are saying...

“Jamie is great and brings some excellent material to our programs. We use his conflict resolution training for a program we offer twice a year. The attendees love him and he delivers on his learning objectives. I highly recommend Jamie as a speaker. ”

Jason Koenigsfeld, SVP, Professional Development Club Management Association of America

“We had our whole staff participate in Jamie’s conflict training course. The material presented was relevant for staff at all levels, and the content was so engaging that we received several unsolicited compliments from our employees on how much they appreciated the organization providing them with this learning opportunity. Conflicts exist in all workplaces, and this course is a great way to help your employees address them in a productive manner. ”

Trina Andresen-Coe, COO, American Association of Endodontists

“Seeing things differently is a gift few people have. Being able to take what you see and come up with creative, honest, implementable solutions to those situations is an even rarer talent. Maddie has them both!”
